  Worst tax service I have ever used. I paid them to prepare my taxes for two years in a row and they did a horrible job. Both times they jerked me around saying that they will get to my paperwork and ended up filing for an extension. THEN instead of handling it in their "slow" period they waited until October 15th!!! The last day to file on extension!! I was suppose to be in a wedding that day so here i am, in a tux, in the back room, pulling up records so they could slop together a quick tax form and charge me $310! I was absolutley furious and frustrated with them. I was not a the procrastenator on this either ... I called twice a month up till september. then I called once a week! And finally they called me october 15th....last day. Worst service i have ever encountered.
