  Sheena and Allen were great at accomadating me on my trip in early october. I needed gas for my boat and they met before they were normally open. They also had a great dinner on a night I did not want to cook. Oh yeah the fishing was great and you did not have far to go.

  If you plan on fishing here I suppose it would be okay, although I could could hardly see the lake??? Advertised as a resort in Pierre, when in actuality, it is 28 miles north of Pierre turning into a dirt road with very poor markings as to where to turn. The "restaurant" leaves a lot to be desired. As a non smoker I found this place horrible. Large mat outside says thank you for not smoking. Inside everyone was smoking and 4 dogs. I guess South Dakota has no smoking ban and allows dogs in an eating establishment, but where I am from it is not ALLOWED. Wi-fi not working.
